Baethan Mullen is the CEO of The Superpower Institute, a think tank focused on promoting Australia's opportunities to unlock prosperity and contribute to global decarbonisation. He has over 20 years of experience in public policy, regulation and economics. Prior to joining the Superpower Institute, Baethan was General Manager of Economics & International at the ACCC, and led the largest energy efficiency program in Australia at the Essential Services Commission of Victoria.
