Jennifer Cole is Minister Counsellor (National Security) at the British High Commission and has served in Islamabad, Washington, Tehran and at NATO. She was Secretary to the Infected Blood Inquiry in the UK and received an OBE for her work coordinating the UK response to international terrorist kidnaps.
